Friday night was FREEEEEEEZING!!! woke up Saturday to everything frozen solid. My 7 gallons of water was a giant ice cube, percolator frozen, cooking oil was slushy. Think it got down to 10-15. Had ice on the inside of the tent from moisture breathing. Makes ya feel alive!

How did the pup do? Did yal do any fishing on the trip

Pretty sure his boy stayed wrapped up in 13 blankets the whole time lol.

Nah I looked around a bit. It got too cold and would have shut down the fish in the stream I was looking at. It’s a native trout stream. I did have my rods and and all with me but I also had my brother and he can’t walk to far very fast. I was just getting him out on a trip mainly.

She did really good!! I was really impressed. It was damn cold for a pup. I put her in the tent early Friday night when it started plummeting.
