Who buys messed up animals? Some of it is the responsibility of the buyer is it not? She sounds like a winner though.

Yes I’m absolutely positive. You can’t get 30 various puppy breeds over the weekend unless you buy from a puppy mill. Sold them dirt cheap too. Never took them to a vet when they were sick just isolated them and let them die. I have seen the van come with the pups. I’ll show you pictures when we meet.
