American Gamefowl

More energy is needed at colder temps just to keep up. Last thing in the evening on really cold nights, I will give them some extra corn or scratch. It makes me feel better and hopefully them too.

Nope. We even talked about it over the winter lmao.
Hate to tell ya but you’re making yourself look like an

And I’ve never told you my birds eat less in winter???? You on drugs?

Can not tell me a bird is related to a human especially in how they process food and store it. When a bird goes from eating 4oz a day all year give or take to maybe 3/4 of that or less I didn't see they wanted more feed than usual, but I do add more corn in colder weather.

So you’re saying if I was to wear my mountain man coyote hat into the local convenience store I’m gonna get some looks?

As long as it’s real... I might just think you’re trying too hard, but I’ll leave you be ;)

If it’s one of those plush stuffed animal hats that I see grown folks wearing, Ill jerk if off your head and stomp on it, then pick it up and give it back to you and say... “thank goodness I came along that critter almost got ya!”

Lol, ok I don’t actually do that ...that’s what I want to do though...

....on kids they’re cute... teenagers I give a pass on....after 20 it makes people look like they wandered out of a care facility :hmm

It’s a sore subject... by wife has a bear one
