Just the wise one teaching a trapping class for all the peasants.I think I missed something today...
It’s ridiculously irresponsible to set something like that and call it good. There’s a real chance an animal takes off with a bracelet and that’s inexcusable. All to save a dollar or two.
It stormed here a little while ago. I stood out there in the wind and rain to make sure no pens went airborne. All was well and within 3 minutes I was freezing since the temps dropped close to 30 degrees!! About time.About 3 inches of rain since yesterday afternoon, but it is much cooler!

All he’s gotta do is turn the block over which will bend the rod over, squeeze through the hole of the block and slide the chain off the cheap stake and off into the sunset. An animal fighting for its life is a little different than some people think. Reinventing the wheel is apparently his passion.I don't think you'd save doing what he's doing. The Berkshire stakes are pretty cheap you can get the driver on sale for $4.95 and work without a hiccup. Around here theirs nothing but rocks you've seen my place alls it would take is that coon to crack that block and off he goes like you said with the trap likely still intact. Lost the varmint and your trap brilliant!

He hasn’t caught enough to see any of that. Definitely not enough to be recommending some new easy system. Another blind leading the blind which is becoming all too common.Yep 8-10 times they aren't calm when they see or hear you at least from what I've seen. I had that one up on a limb in a DP and he was so close to having enough leverage to pulling out no joke.
