Why do you have two open bags of feed zip tied sitting outside?

I reuse empty feed bags to compost bedding from my henhouse. My neighbors are jerks and won’t let me compost on my own property because they are worried that their children will play in my compost on my property.
Also they started a compost pile a few weeks ago. Bunch of hypocrites.

I don’t think I would want my neighbor having a compost pile either if the houses are that close. The sh*t stinks if it’s not turned over enough, after it rains, depending on what you put in it etc.. you cant live in a neighborhood and pretend to be a farmer and not expect some problems.
