To be honest I am not sure as I never really measured. I would guess 50' x 100' for the chicken area. and the garden 200' x 100' .. but I suck at guessing larger distances. haha

Yeah it sucks. The house next to me is less than 15 feet from my house.
I want at least 3 acres of land. I might settle for 2, but I’d rather 3 or even 5 acres of land.

ya thats a good amount to do all the gardening and have all the chickens you want.
I love my land and spend so much of my time working on it. I wish it didnt come with a mortgage lol. I dont want to go to work anymore.

No she just sucks at driving period. She's ran into 3 ditches luckily only dented the bumper of her work car. It didn't hurt the paint so just some boiling water or heat gun and put pressure on the back side of the dent and it'll 9 times outta 10 pop back into form. Can do the same on thinner metal aswell, but ya gotta be a bit more careful and patient.
