I don’t have any kind of issue with any religion. Everyone is free to believe whatever they want. When the Bible thumpers come knocking on my door spreading their beliefs I have issues.
I come from a family of religious types. Some of them are the biggest hypocrites I’ve ever seen. One in particular goes on “missions” to S. America to help out. Build houses, dig wells, schools etc. the end game is to spread their religion though. Most just go for the “trip”. I say why the hell don’t you go there and help out without the religious mission. Dig the well and let them continue to believe in whatever gods they want to? Eh? That’s not the way though.

I only care about what people believe if they believe in slaughtering and or torturing other people for theirs.
I have nothing against missionaries. . but ya. I am doubtful that many of them do it for the right reasons.
That's also what irritates me too about the door to door people. Most of them is seems are do it for their own self righteousness . . kinda like check list of what they think is going to win them their salvation.

I've been known to let those folks in a time or two and give them a Shaw sermon of my own.
Most don't know what to say if you have your own thoughts and opinions and tell them what you think they should believe.

I could go on and on and on but I’m not interested in changing peoples beliefs. It’s not my problem if you’ve been force fed a bunch of lies and indoctrinated to believe what others want you to.

Eh there’s an awful lot of deaths attributed to just about most religions. Everyone has to be on a team I guess. I’ll find out one of these days. Lol

True confessions. My relationship with God is between me & him & I don't need to have someone holier than thou remind me its there. I don't need to prove my honor to a congregation of people. I am what you see everyday of the week. I don't wind up a special persona just for Sundays. For me, organized religion is more trouble than its worth.

When the Mormon missionaries come up my street my motherly instinct kicks in & I hand them a bottle of water & a snack over the fence. We don't chat at all & no one comes through my gate ever. I tell them to tell their mother someone was looking out for them & I walk away. When the Jehovah's Witness walk up my street, I send the dogs out.
