Lol it’s all oils and grease already. All you’d have to do is wipe it off that’s plenty of protection. I suppose the coating would prevent the metal from rusting if you’re going to use a pressure washer. That’s nasty though. Bits of meat and fat will be all over the place. Lol

Looks to me like that stuff stays tacky to touch though. . that would accumulate a lot of dirt and dust I'd think.
I think just spray paint should be fine. I don't care if it rusts.

Watch the whole video like I said depends on what you're doing. The lps3 is good for none rust on frames as stays tacky theirs some other stuff shown that dries out which would be idea.

The crc, fluid film and lps is all I've used. Same people that make the lps3 make a slew of products for different applications.

Jam paper towels in there then use them to wipe down the beam when you’re done fleshing. Couldn’t be easier and you’ll keep it clean.

Pieces of burlap come in handy too to put in between you and the pelt on the beam. It will prevent the pelt from sliding and your clothes won’t get all nasty.

They sell bare metal wire fur stretchers too. They don’t rust from the oils that end up on the frame from the pelts and that’s not even close to a fraction of the amount gunk that will be sliding down that beam. Lol
