American Gamefowl

Black or blue colored mug stags are 500 dollars, black red or brown red colored are 400,and 75 dollar shipping, still waiting for pictures.
If you’re serious about buying from them and not just tire kicking email them again and make it known you want to buy. Otherwise I wouldn’t waste their time if you’re really not willing to spend the money on a chicken.

I cannot even fathom paying 500 dollars for a chicken.
Well people pay way more than that to raise a bunch of terribly bred layers that go tits up after about 2 yrs and have all sorts of health problems before that. You can either start out with good birds or you can buy junk and pay even more doctoring them all. Up front or on the back end it’s the same.
The cost of a few good gamefowl and feeding them for a year has still got to be cheaper than feeding twice as many ducks, chickens etc...

I’ll take $750 for the pair please. I’ll throw in 1 dozen flies and a real nice handwritten thank you note.

Sounds about right some charge even more. And like havoc said if you are serious about it and not wasting time talk to em if not don't waste their time. Though just my opinion for about the same money give or take I would suggest ya look into Del Macks Mugs aswell. There's a lot of time an effort that has went into any of those guys that have made a name for themselves... 25-50+ years of breeding and them still be quality I'd be asking for some money too if I were them and selling.

True.
If I paid that much for one bird though.... I might have to let it sleep next to me in my room at night and make it my feather baby. 😋

It would be my luck something would manage to kill it the first night after I bought it.

Totally agree👍,I ask them for pictures,if I don't think what their selling is worth the price,I just thank them for answering my messages and leave them be.no point in sending messages if you are not gonna buy from them anyway.

You’d be surprised how many people probably message them looking for pictures. If they answered every single person like that all they would be doing is taking pictures of chickens in the yard. If I were you I would be very specific in what your looking for color wise if that’s what’s important to you. That way they can show you a bird similar if available. I have spent many hours taking pictures of birds for people and I’m a nobody compared to them.
