americana hen is loosing head feathers Help!!!

I can't tell what is happening to her, if it is lice or the other ones are pecking her.
This is not happening to my other chickens. What could it be?

I have no answers but I do have 2 that are missing feathers on their head. Its been for months without any other issues. Love to know why.
