Americanas?

Help. I just bought 2 "americanas" from the store. I wanted a darker one but this is all they had and all they were going to get. Any ideas as to what they actually are? I just want coloured eggs. The girls are so light.

Can you get a pic of their faces and feet/legs? That might help a little more on ID-ing them.

If you got them from the feed store then they are most likely Easter eggers. Ameraucanas are difficult to get. They don't really look like Easter eggers to me, but they can come in various colors

I agree. EE basically come in all colors.

They both seem to have darker feet than my red sex links. I'm fine with having Easter eggers. Just hoping for some egg variety!
