Sorry for not responding sooner. I was cutting and stacking wood all day. Even took a lunch to woodlot, made a fire, boiled snow -water for the best tea in the world. My baby came with me to "make sure I was e OK all day out there". Sh's so sweet. While we were having lunch she asked me if she come on the dogsled with me when I start hauling it home. How do I say no to that?
Any how....... Blue, that's a big team for such a small dog. That's awesome. You need to find a more Northern breed(like mine)6-9 year old "well-used" leader to put in to her. That way you accentuate the leader qualities of both dogs and hopefully get some "haired" dogs.
Also, please rememeber what I said about red-coated dogs not having the gene that is responsible for the pigment to produce black pads which are stronger than white, pink or even splotched. Although there are any number of people who might say it does't matter, I've found it does matter.

Yeah. Her coat just looks so outta place compared to the rest of your dogs. Lol
Ya. Lotsa ppl say that. I didn't really want the 4 Racers I have but my buddy told me he essentially rescued them but didnt have room in his kennel of 55.
When he asked me to take them and told me he'd come check in from time to time I couldnt turn him down. I did't realize he essentially gave them to me for their "forever home".
They're nice criiters tho and Awesoe pullers. So maybe I start breeding my sledders into these hounds and.........Alaskans??????? We'll see.

I'm gona try post some more pix of some more of my dogs. they'll be the 3 brthers, Patrick and Snowy the look-alikes & their full brother and littermate Bulldozer.
It may not work because I aint that good with computers and I had to download, email, download, zip, "send to" "my pictures" then open with a digital photo program. now I've sent them to a desktop folder that I can access on the laptop that is about 100 yrs old but at least I know most of what to do on most of it.
Here goes......
Bulldozer is colored like his dad except for the blue eyes.

Patrick
Both colored like thier mom except she has 1 blue and 1 yellow. Patrick & Snowy both have 2 dark brown eyes.
Snowy
These are the dogs I fed comercial dogfood. Their mom is Pipoon & their dad is Toba.Toba is maybe an inch shorter & 10lbs lighter than Max.
These dogs did'nt even get as big as their mom. I found out it was because the commercial dogfood I fed them was'nt high enough in easily digested protien for a dog.
In short, because I had $$ I got too lazy to gut, skin, cut-up and serve them meat like I did for all the pups preceeding them, and just bought commercial dogfood. it was'nt the most expensive but it wasnt the cheapest either, But apparently chicken beaks and toenails and beef and horse fur/hair/hide/feathers are "Crude Protein". I will not post the brand because I dont wana deal with the bothersome harass of legal reprecussions

I feed the dogs (both my little Tzu and the family Pugabull) trader joes "wholesome" dog food. Really expensive but it's a good size and Jazzy (the tzu) does really well on it. Nibbles? He's fat no matter what we feed him. And he's food aggressive. And he eats like a vacuum. He's been that way for 8 years :/
