Only $10-$20 a pup! I'm going to ask mom and if I get a yes I'm going to wait until there a little older and stronger on there feet, there only 4weeks old

Yeah I went for a field trip once.... Not so great....
Haha you've got more snow than me!
Is that Malibu?

Nope. Malibu Beach is in California. I was born not far from there though. My parents were engaged there too. Hence why I was named Malibu LOL

I think it's Bass River if I remember correctly. We go kayaking in it every summer :)

If I can get her I want to Name her Addie Mae

Cute!

Okay, so I told my mom that the lady that's 2 hours away (Aiyana Ferraro is her name) had those pups for $100 and it would be better if I got one of the older dogs and a pup that way I will have a dog that will live longer so I can use it longer and she agreed. Then she went on about how I have to pay for everything (feed, equipment, etc.) which I already know and that more dogs will bring the price up. But, at least she didn't completely say no! I'm slowly persuading her, I guess. Dad is kinda iffy with the whole subject. I think it's because he thinks they will spook the cows or somehow get loose when we're are calving and they will cause problems. Oh yeah, we have 3 calves already! :celebrate They are adorable! 2 are twins (boy & girl) and the other is a boy. Speaking of babies, how are the pups doing, Rez?

Quote: Awww.Geez that's too bad. I correct you though when you say"weather here is nice". My weather is nice. good for mushing. It's actually kinda warm today. It's snowing again. We've got almost a foot of powder.
I needed to use the snowblower to get rid of some snow amongst the dogs. When they move around their circles they drag the snow with their chains and it piles up in the middle.
Some of them had a 3&1/2 ft high hill in the middle of their space. That's OK in itself but they can't reach their houses. So I just shovel it way, but in this case snowblow it. There was alot of powder.

I can't ski either but I would like to learn.
haha. OMGoodness. If all y"all coulda seen my first downhill experience. honestly you woulda gasped in horror then laughed once you saw I was alright.
The bunny hill and the pro hill cross paths. I just stayed to the right like I was told. The classic Todd Breoker tumble ensued.....
But I was quite good at and really enjoyed X-cntry when I was younger. I thought of hooking up Timber but I didn't have what it took(nerves or equipment). Heck that was over 40 years ago. gee, who knew it would become such a huge outdoor activity.
Poor mans neccessity becomes rich mans recreation. who knew......

The pups are doing fine. they are getting curious about the door and noises fro outside. They're eating lots. I think their mom is starting to regurgitate for them but I want to be positive before I I start bothering/working with them.
Altho Pipoon is good with us going in there I just have an aversion to bothering pups when they are wee.
I will get pix up when I can my daughter to snap for me. they are gorgeous tho, I can say that with confidence.
