Americauna losing weight and has runny poop. 2 others have already died. Ideas of what it could be?

About 6 weeks ago, my white leg horn stopped eating and her stomach was hard as a rock. Took her to the vet and they did an x-ray showing large pieces of something that wasn't passing. Couldn't really tell me what. She lasted about two weeks then virtually starved. I felt horrible. The night after, my australorp was having trouble walking. Picked her up and her stomach was rock hard too. Runny diahrrea then died the next morning as well. Now, today, my americauna has runny poop and is building up around her lower area. Felt her tummy and it seems okay so far. A little hard but not bad. Looks like she's losing weight too.
All my chickens are on organic pellet food. Coop is very large with a built in run. I clean it regularly. Any ideas of what is happening? All my chickens were a year old in March as well.

Send one of the birds in for necropsy.

That's what the vet said if it happens again. I sure hope not. And thank you, it's been so sad. I didn't think I would get so attached but I did.

This morning my hen has milky looking discharge coming out of her mouth when I picked her up! Any suggestions on that??? She's eating so that's a plus.

Did you press on her crop when lifting her? That sometimes happens when they have a full crop and get it pressed on.

No. Just tipped her a bit and it came out. She's trying to roost and it's only 10:30. She goes between the roost and trying to lay but nothing comes out. Looking like she's not going to make it. Her back area is matted with runny poop and the discharge smells horrible now. Like something rotting. Any suggestions?

Update on my americauna. She's been eating and I thought doing better. Went out this morning and she has clear runny goo coming out of her vent. A lot of it too. She's trying to lay but nothing is coming out but the gooey stuff. Any ideas? Seems very lethargic too. I really don't want her to die!
