Sorry, the pics featuring the pokie is her best friend hard to capture by herself.. So what is she considered? I see alot of ones the solid color without design what are those considered the plain colors like the lavendar color? The plain colored ones seem to cost more, too.
Can anyone break it down to me because everyone i know tells me different things!

There is a lot of confusion around Americauna vs EE birds. These two links are probably the best at explaining the differences. The second link also has pictures of the accepted colors of Americauna's for reference. MOST of the time people get EE's unless purchased from a reputable breeder. Doesn't matter unless you are breeding for sale or show.
Your birds are really pretty regardless!

Those are EEs, which are basically Ameraucanas with no breed standard. They can look any way and lay any color eggs. Ameraucanas are a recognized breed with standard, named color varieties. Blue and black are most common. Ameraucanas always lay blue or blue green eggs.
Often feed stores and hatcheries will incorrectly sell EE as Ameraucanas . The best way to tell is if a specific color is listed when being sold, such as “blue”, or “wheaten” or “silver.” If there is no colors specified then it is likely EE.
Unless you plan on showing, it won’t really matter which they are as both are friendly, pretty and lay colorful eggs.

Bit of a controversy, that!
The general rule most people agree on, is that Ameraucanas are the pure-blooded members of the breed, and 'EE's are the 'mutts' (not pure-blood, often have other little traits different that aren't breed-standard). The name easter egger is also a kind of wide-spread nickname. It's not a real breed name. So again, basic idea is Ameraucanas are the show-worthy pure line of the breed, and most of the 'Ameraucanas' people get are 'EE's, the common variety.

I was at the meeting when we came up with the Easter Egger definition. Below are links to definitions of each. :)

What is an Ameraucana Chicken?

A chicken is an Ameraucana when it meets the American Poultry Association’s (APA) Standard Ameraucana breed description and meets a variety (color) description or breeds true at least 50% of the time, whether the variety is recognized or not. There are actually two breeds of Ameraucana: bantam and large fowl.

What are Easter Egg chickens?

The Ameraucana Alliance defines an Easter Egg chicken or Easter Egger as any chicken that possesses the blue egg gene, but doesn’t fully meet any breed descriptions as defined in the APA and/or ABA standards. Further, even if a bird meets an Ameraucana standard breed description, but doesn’t meet a variety description or breed true at least 50% of the time it is considered an Easter Egg chicken. By definition an Easter Egger is not a breed of chicken.

(Some have claimed that any variety that isn’t recognized, by the APA/ABA, is an Easter Egger, but that is not true according to the definition above. For example, lavender Ameraucanas breed true and are not Easter Eggers.)

Thanks so much, for all the helpful responses. See my son picked out the americauna (pictured above,) she lays a boring color light pink hue egg. I was so thrown off by this that I thought our Barred rock was laying 2 eggs per day but no the one pictured above Just lays a dull color egg... No where close to blue or green!

Forgive me the one pictured above has not started laying yet i will post a picture of the one who lays dull color egg. Sorry. It is still early lol :)

Hootsie is the one pictured above. Due to her resembling an owl we call her Hootsie!;) i will try to capture a clear photo of the one who lays a boring color egg and opinions needed
