Bad roosters surprisingly taste just like chicken.
Let him rest for 3-4 days in fridge before cooking so he’s tender. Hope he tastes great!
your type of story is the reason it is generally recommended to not have any roosters with little kids. They are at eye level, generally, to an attacking rooster, so I am glad he did not get attacked in the face. Still, it’s likely the reason many folks out their are afraid of chickens -they too had a Bad experience as a young kid.
best solution for such an aggressive rooster is to send to freezer camp.
