Americauna Hen crossed with Buff Orpington Roo would this give me Easter a Egger chicks?

I also have Easter Egger Hens that I could cross with my Roo. Would that still give me colored egg layers?

Some of your EE hens with an Orp roo might lay brown eggs, but would still be considered EE as previous poster pointed out. Your Ameracuana should definitely lay a greenish egg, since she has the blue egg gene.

I believe if your rooster is a brown egger layer the cross should either lay brown eggs or olive eggs. I could be wrong though (genetics are complicated and random)
