The earliest I've had true Ameraucana (from a breeder) lay is probably 18 weeks. The latest was 9 months. Hatched in March and started laying the first week of December, about the shortest days of the year and with no supplemental light.
For you I'd expect sooner rather than later, most do, but they lay when they lay.
