Amherst Pheasant chicks

I just picked up 3 lady amherst pheasant chicks that look to be around 2 1/2 months old. I placed the open carrier in there new enclosure 3 hours ago and they have not moved out of the carrier yet. They look to be alive and breathing, but no movement. Is this normal? Thank you for any help or suggestions.

Just a little shock to their system.They should be fine.There in unfamiliar surroundings.Put a nice juicy piece of watermelon in front of the carrier and see if that will move them.
