1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I have had chickens for awhile, I recently went and got all baby silkies.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? Give or take about 30 now.
(3) What breeds do you have? RR, Easter Eggers, Cochin and now Silkies.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? They are one of the best pet I’ve had. They really do all have different personalities and they pay for there keep with an egg every other day.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Gardening, planting, keeping my crib appeal nice. Play with my kids.

I have one daughter and she is my world. I’ve been married a little over 20 years, not a typo, yes 20 years. We also have horses, cat, dogs and chickens.

I was looking for ways to let the baby chickens in the house but they have to have something to keep them from pooping everywhere. I just started reading and saw how much I liked your site.
