If anyone is wondering about buying an amish coop for my Amish goods, this is a good example of beautiful work. This is an 8x 12 Coop with a walk-in Door, coop door and storage space. They say for this coop it could hold 45 birds, I personally can barely shove 36 Bantams and Standard sized chickens in the coop itself without having any space left over. I love this coop and the color I picked. I would recommend it, if your thinking about investing in a nice handmade coop and any color you would like to choose, this would be a nice one. Fully insulated, special flooring to easily pick up droppings, adjustable nest boxes.

Very nice coop! Love the color.
I have 2 8x12 coops with the full square footage used for the birds no feed/storage room. I put only 25 LF birds in mine... welll when I'm having chicken math problems I sometimes have 30 in there

45 birds is way to many for an 8x12! Of course maybe the Amish have nice chickens that don't peck each other

I think thats one of the best parts about the coop, I get more eggs now because they have more windows and more light

Yea, I dont know where they get 45 birds in there.. When I had babies I had 60 in there then I got rid of half because I knew there would be a problem
