Amish double yolkers

I have read and heard about the Amish breeding hens that lay only double yolkers. I can see how it could rather easily be done but I wonder if it is possible to buy hens or pullets from the Amish.

Anyone else heard of these?

Around here from what I have seen, most of the Amish raise sex links. Isa Browns. They are bred for production so I am sure that they will lay double yolks some. But a breed that just lays double yolks I personally have never heard of.
