it depends on the size of bird that you are getting. Everything I have read says 3-5 square feet per chicken. So multiply 6 by 8 to get the total square footage then divide by the number of square feet per bird (3, 4 or 5- the larger the bird the bigger the number). This is just to keep the chickens happy and reduce the risk of pecking at each other. So people do squeeze more chickens in a coops giving them less then the recommend square feet.
If you are getting Bantam chickens on the other hand I believe the square footage per bird is 1 1/2 ft - 3 feet.

Plus the coop is 6x8 not 5x7 run might be 10x5 IDK
