Amrocks are a close relative of the Barred Plymouth Rock or just "Barred Rock" if you can find them near you? Dominique is another brown egg Barred bird about 1/2 kilo lighter weight but an excellent forager, good layer of medium eggs, will brood their young, good temperament. and has a rose comb rather than larger straight comb which would be good for colder climate areas. Hope you can find some birds there in the UK.
