An egg a day from a Silkie? and more

I have been getting an egg a day for four days now. It is the first time laying for my Silkie. Is this normal? They have all been perfectly shaped, sized, etc. She is in with a roo, should I try an incubate them or is it too soon for them to be fertile?

Not sure what is standard but I too get an egg a day from my Silkie.

I'm new to silkies too. I only have one, but she is a fairly good layer! She was born this past spring and lays nearly every day. Don't have a roo, so don't know about that.

All my silkies and silkie mixes were great layers until they decided to go broody.
