An egg! An egg!!!!!!

I let my adopted roo out with my girls for the first time today and spent some time watching them check him out. I ran inside to get hot water for the waterer and came out and he was rolling an egg on the ground! (Obviously not his). Not sure who did it but it is small and brown and oh so lovely. Very warm and it wasn't there when I went in. Now I feed and water them every day and bring them treats and sit out there to visit them - do I get eggs? Noooo. Instead they wait for the handsome semistranger to come calling and then the eggs just fall out.
