I found a egg I have never gotten before and it's so pretty ! What bird is it from? No light will shine thru the egg... is this even a real egg? The flash light is even on!

Go somewhere REALLY DARK and use a really bright torch

I've gotten similar eggs in the past from my Golden Comets.

It was ordinary inside. GC

Maybe it's a fairy egg. They are usually from a tiny piece of tissue breaking loose from the reproductive tract, and the body forms an egg around it. Color can be darker than 'normal' as the pigment coating released has to cover a much smaller area so is thicker. Can happen with any age layer, but more common with older layers.
