Brahma hen who never laid an egg

More than a year ago I got an adult Brahma hen. She was - according to the seller - one year old. She is the most beautiful hen I have and I love her very much. She has never laid an egg, never sat on a box, ever. She's healthy, very big, gorgeous but no eggs.
While it's not an issue and she's a pet chicken like the rest of my flock, I wonder what could cause a hen to never lay an egg in her life. My avian vet thinks she might have had some issue during the growth phase that caused it. Anyone else with similar experiences and willing to share the causes?

I have a hen who has never laid a normal egg—always a shell-less or soft-shelled egg—but that’s not quite the same as what you’re describing.

My “Brahmas” who I don’t know for sure are Brahmas rn lol they started laying around 6-7 months old… I’ve heard tho that they could take longer. It is possible your hen is barren.

I just saw the picture of your hens, maybe they are cross? My other brahmas are younger and they are just starting (they are about 9 months old now) so I'm ok with being "late" to lay, but two years it's a bit extreme so there has to be some condition that prevents her, I guess

She could be older than advertised and is past her laying days. Regardless, she's absolutely beautiful!
