Yeah, I think I will rescue feral cats from the humane society from now on, though. They will enjoy the property, and probably be tough enough to live in the barn with everyone else. Can't do them in the house, Fiance is allergic. We have a nice field mouse population in the warm months, which is why we got Mew in the first place. Since she's gone, the wild rabbits have come back and now they eat the (NICE) alfalfa hay we gave her for bedding in her feeding crate near the house. At least some good came of it. The bunny tracks in the snow are cute...
