Ancona chickens

Hello everyone,
I just recently purchased two Ancona chicks without doing my research first...shame on me. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this breed and would like to give me any advise...or warnings

Well, they are spazzy, ill mannered, and kinda ugly in my opinion. They are amazing layers however, of white eggs.
The whole hyper thing is because they're mediterranean. If you don't have much contact with them, and you want to preserve the breed, then they are great!

Thanks for the reply. I'm a stay at home mom so I do get to handle them quite a bit. I guess we'll see how everything goes.

Suppose to be good egg layer, and says they multiply well. They look pretty! I don't nothing more than what I've read. Never seen one in real life.
