Ancona Ducks Bills

So I have two Ancona ducks that are now about 8 weeks old and I noticed at around 4 weeks old that bill on one duck changed colors slightly. I was holding off waiting to see if the other's would change as well and it did not. Now one is pretty yellow and the other is a nude color. Is this normal?

Yes, very normal for a duck bill to change its color. Wait until they start laying eggs, then their bills will very likely be speckled with green freckles.
I was concerned too last year when my Indian Runners developed those green spots, but shortly after the first freckles appear they started to lay their first eggs.

Ones a Hen And the other is a Drake I'm thinking? Bill colour though doesn't matter.

How do you conclude that? I don't see a drake feather, but the OP should hear a difference in their voices.

I believe they are two hens. However I'm not sure. What would be the difference in their voices.
Sorry, first experience with ducks so this is all new to me

Duck quack and drakes rasp. Ducklings quax (pep,peep, peep, quax!) and drakelings just peep.

I had two buff drakes once.One had a purple-ish bill the other had a yellow still not quite sure why the color was different.Maybe genetics played a role.
