Ancona not laying??

Generally this time of years pullets will mature more slowly. I always add about a month onto my expected starting date. For an Ancona I would expect anywhere from 20-25 weeks, so she could take a bit longer.
 
You can try feeling how far apart her pubic bones are. If it feels like an egg could fit through them, then she probably is laying or will begin laying soon. If her pubic bones are still close together, then you will just have to wait. She's a beautiful pullet.

Went out to the coop to collect eggs tonight and found this.... oh course right after I ask lol and beautifully white!!
