Ancy pullets??

I have six red sexlink (20 weeks) 2 showing signs of ready to lay... Squating, one has become aggressive when trying to pat her and checking out the nesting boxes ... I say they looking pretty unsettled today .. Is this what people call ancy?? If it should be any day yeah ??
