Mine are:

Fresh cut grass
Line dried clothes
Real Christmas trees
frying onions
The way it smells after a summer rain

Fish food ( don't ask why LOL)
Honeysuckle
Fresh cut alfalfa and grass
Feathers on my chickens after they had a bath

It's weird, as I read these answers I can smell each of these things in my mind.....

My Rose Breasted Cockatoo (he smells like kettle corn and baby powder, REALLY!)
Freshly turned soil in my garden
Coffee, Brewing
Yeast Bread, Baking
Roses on the bush
Pineapple Sage
Jeans, right out of the dryer
