Out of my shipped eggs, this little one is the only survivor. I lost her sister this morning..............

If this is a girl, I would have had 3 of them... which was what I was needing.

But this little one is a sweet heart. Right now she is in with a lonely button quail that hatched with her, and a rejected English Trumpeter squeeker that i am hand feeding. Such a cutie pie.

Awww so sorry!! This Spring has been rough on you and your critters huh?

I haven't lost any live ones, but ever since Spring started, I can't get eggs to hatch no matter what I try! Only the good bantam broodies are doing their jobs!

You do have a little JG and a BLRW grandchickie now living in Pa

And the cutest little Serama roo grandchickie...I am so tickled with him. Wish I could get more to hatch!

What a little sweetie...So sorry about those who didnt make it. I had major dramas with shipped eggs last season, and am so glad I now have all my breeding stock picked out here at home for this year. The shoe will be on the other foot this year. I will be the one shipping eggs. Ihope those who buy them dont have the problems I did. But it is always a risk- and one we always think is worth taking.

Now the last one is here with me dying. She seemed fine all day but when I came in she was going down hill. She is taking her last breaths now........... I hate this.....

Oh gosh, this is so, so sad... I'm sorry for your losses.

Why weren't they making it, I wonder? It's incredibly sad watching them die and not being able to stop it. I really hope next hatch goes better for you.
