Wait when around 4-5 months of age they will reach their talkative-phase. My wife was urging me to sell our Spring Ducklings at that age because they were permanently quacking, screeching and squiecking. - Just one month later they are so much more mature and quiet.
Mine are at the talkative stage, always freaking out about something (or nothing) I am ready for them to go to their new home!!!
