Angel wing?

I'm panicking that this is the start of Angel wing, one duck has longer feathers but they are tucked in the other two are poking out. They eat pellets, all flock that's 18% mixed evenly with a 16% type. I was feeding them a crumble til about a month ago, it was higher protein. I've seen ducks with wings wrapped, I've never had this happen before, what should I do!? The last picture is the "normal" looking one.

#1 don't panic. It's not detrimental to health it's just a visual issue. It won't hurt them.
#2 It's easily solvable (but I haven't dealt with it so I'll let those who have speak to it)

Type Angel Wing in the search box and everything you need to know will be posted in past threads dealing with the issue. Good Luck and please keep us posted.

Should I cut the protein back more? The 18%/16% I feed is what my chickens get, they all live in same coop

We are having an issue similar to this in our two smallest (runts) Rouen/Pekin mixed male ducklings 10 weeks old now. We have been doing the wing wrap with both of them, the one showing somewhat improvement and the other not so much. It's sad to see, but they seem to do better IMO with the wings wrapped and held up into place. Their wing feathers are not twisted out be like to hang straight down to the ground and get in the way of their daily duck activities. Good luck and please keep us posted on how things turn out for you.
