Angel wing?

I believe my 4 week old roman tufted has angel wing. It's only on one wing. I wrapped it with what I had on hand, they are getting flock raiser and have plenty of fresh grass. I have a toulouse that seems fine, I do know that the Roman tufted was on chick starter for about the first week of his life. (Before I got him) Could that be the cause?

It’s not very likely to be the cause, chick started has about the same protein and carbs as flock raiser “20/22% protein.”

He’s just a little more sensitive to it because of his genetics than the Toulouse. None of my Toulouse and Toulouse buff crosses had any issue but I had to wrap my Classic Roman Toulouse cross’s winfpgs at the same age because the flock raiser was a little too potent for her than the others.

They have smaller bodies so the protein and carbs is more concentrated to them. It isn’t an issue once the wing feathers are grown.
