She passed away this morning and of course I was concerned and sad! Do chicks normally have enlarged wings like this at 1 week old? I’m worried about our other hatchlings!

Yes, feathers grow in fairly fast.

What exactly were you feeding it?

Starter chick food. We recently got the Rooster and wanted to try hatching some eggs. I’m unfamiliar with what his diet was before we got him. Could this be an issue?

Her wings were growing in normally. They need to be under a hen or heat lamp. Make sure they have food and water 24/7. Water shallow so they don't drown. Good luck.

Her stance and closed eyes were concerning to me, no her wing development. I've not heard good things about Dumor. I would put the flock on Flock Raiser.
And as has been mentioned, what is the heat source you are using for the chicks? Brooder plates work very well. What size is your brooder and how many chicks are in it?
