These look like the mean girls in high school. Abigail up front, then Bonnie, Lily and Deb. Maybe they are cheerleaders. They are 4 wks old in this pic, but are now 7 wks old and outside.

I have to say, this is probably one of my favorite threads so far! It is also making me realize that my chickens are not nearly angry enough

It might just be me, but the comb on Abigail is making me think that she might be a rooster... just a warning.

Yeah, I am watching that closely. She is 7 weeks old now and it hasn't grown substantially, so fingers still crossed. Abigail may be an Adam and my heart will break- she / he is very pretty and we can't have roosters in the city limits.

The one in question is a Lakeshore Egger from Meyer Hatchery. Both chicks in the back are Lakeshore Eggers. The description says: "Pullet chicks from this line will grow up to lay an egg that may vary in shades of pale light blue, blue-green to light minty green. You do have about a 10% possibility of receiving a brown egg from them as well. Chicks from the Lakeshore Egger line have a mixed heritage of Legbar and other laying breeds and are autosexable at hatch."
I did specify female, but as you know, accidents do happen. The one in the front is an Austra White - Black Astralorpe plus White Leghorn

Same. I thought my Australorp hen, Bertha, was an angry girl. She follows me and whines for treats all the time. Even when I pick her up she doesn't mind as long as I have food. If I don't she will scream even louder. She is just a moody baby compared to the chicken that I have seen on this thread.
