Nightmare followed Oath from the ground. Perhaps the Pegasus would inadvertently lead the unicorn to lush grazing. The black unicorn was more anxious about finding a secluded clearing soon.

Glyph, meanwhile, was nibbling at his wings, working the dusty sheath off new growing feathers. A red feather floated to the ground at the stallion's hooves.

Nero had followed behind Oath and heard the whole conversation. He tossed his mane and snorted when he found out he was to be part of a herd.

Tae and Aleta decided to look some more for a Pegasus stallion and took flight. They flew for a few hours until they spotted a black figure down below them. They swooped down to see a unicorn. "Hello, what's your name?" Tae asked.

Nightmare looked up and sighed. Everywhere she went, there were Pegasus. Flicking her tufted tail, she said, "I'm Nightmare, and you are?"

Tae smiled. "I am Tae, and this is my friend Aleta." Aleta bowed slightly. "Hello." Tae looked back to the unicorn. "Have you seen an... Oddly colored Pegasus lately?" She asked the mare.

"If by 'odd' you mean a Pegasus that looks like a rainbow, I've seen him," Nightmare said. She turned her head, glancing at her rotund sides. "In fact, I've more than just seen him. He's around...somewhere."

Tae got a sliver of hope. "Where?" The excitement in her voice was clearly there. Aleta sighed and grazed a few feet away. She didn't think Tae knew what the new mare was implying about the stallion.

Nightmare gazed at Tae, stupefied for a moment. This mare seemed interested in knowing Glyph's whereabouts. Shaking her head, she gestured in the direction Glyph had been flying. "He went that way. I was tracking him...slowly, not because I want to see him but because I have to."

Oath landed, tired from flying. She gestured with her head for Nero to do the same.
