on seeing Glyph Jewel squinted her eyes as the sun reflected off of his wings. Ok, I can do that to she thought as she flew down, and when her hooves were on the ground she spread out her wings mimicking what the stallion had done. then she nickered a greeting.
Night Terror's goat head was the only head currently awake, and it watched the dragon. The lion, the dragon and even the snake that made up her tail was sound asleep.
Glypf folded his wings then whinnied at Jewel.
Sky, now on the rock, tilted her head to look at Night Terror. then she cautiously started walking towards her, then said "hi, ummm, my name is Shy, I mean Sky…" oops! Sky thought.
Jewel took a few steps closer to Glypf and then returned the whinny.
"My name is Night Terror," said the goat head. It reached over and nipped the dragon head, so it would wake. Now, two of the chimera's three heads watched the dragon.
"Hello," Glyph said, swishing his tail. He'd already been burned earlier, trying to invite a mare to join him, so he said no more and waited.
"Oh, hi… what kind of animal are you?" Sky said sill wary of Night Terror, will after all her name is TERROR Sky thought but she really wanted to make a friend, even if she was risking her safety.
Jewel trotted towards him "hi, my name is Jewel… and your wings, there very cool I wish my wings were as awesome as yours" jewel blurted out, then caught her self and stopped.
"I am a chimera," Night Terror said. The dragon-head reached over and bit the lion-head until it woke. Three pairs of eyes now gazed at Sky. "You're a dragon, right?"
"I'm Glyph," said the stallion. He looked at his rainbow wings and shook his head. "Trust me. You don't. The reason I travel alone is because no mare wants me as their stallion."
"chimera.." Sky pondered the word in her mind. then she said "yes, I am a dragon, but more specifically I am a Rainwing Skywing cross".
"wow.." Jewel said "well, I think your wings look amazing!" she said as She felt her wing flutter, her wings only fluttered when she was happy, very happy.
