Anime Thread?

This is such a niche topic. And look, I get it. I'm a middle-aged white woman watching media meant for 13-24 year-old Japanese boys/men. But there must be someone else out there that watches anime!

Right now, my husband and I are rewatching Naruto. I followed the manga as it was being released in the early 2000's. It's somewhat enjoyable to see the conclusion of Nartuo: Shippuden animated after all these years. Anyone else out there?

I've also enjoyed Soul Eater, Ouran Host Club, and Death Note.

Never watched real anime before sadly. I doubt it's considered anime at all but I LOVE kpop demon hunters tee hee.

If you haven't watched it you 1 million percent should! It's on Netflix but you prob could get it on YouTube. The trailer makes it look weird and cringey and it really doesn't do the movie any justice

I sign up for Netflix once a year (in late fall), and I will 100% be checking it out! Ouran is, likewise, very cringey when you first start to watch it. But once you get the gist of the characters and setting, it's hysterical!

I'll have to look it up! We're looking for another series to start watching (besides Dance Moms)
