Annapolis County, Nova Scotia?

Having a ton of trouble figuring out the status of backyard chickens in Annapolis County. The most recent articles about the area are all years old and I can't find anything on the Annapolis County bylaws website. We're looking to make a move on a rural home but have been hearing conflicting things regarding Nova Scotia's laws.

Anyone know anything?

Is the home you're looking at in any of the towns of Annapolis Co? I realize I'm a bit late in seeing this but I work for a planning & development department in NS and would be happy to look into this for you but most rural municipalities have adopted "animal units" as part of their land use bylaws which limit the number of animals you can keep based on the size of your property. Here in West Hants we can have 25 chickens for the first full acre.
