A 100% hatch is super and not often seen. I'm sure you went to great pains to ensure the proper incubation environment, so are to be commended.

Now that the back slapping is over lets mention this:
Hatchability, and thus overall vigor, has as much to do with good practice in the yard as well as anything else. Incubation is actually the easy part, and in our rush to have technology solve our problems we often overlook the rearing of the parent stock.
So please, tell us more about where the eggs came from and how the parent stock was reared.
I am getting 24 eggs soon for my first attempt at incubating. Not sure how my success rate will be. I will be happy getting some chicks And as soon as my hens lay I will incubate those too. The guy I bought them from said to give them 2-3 weeks as moving them will stop their laying for awhile.
