Annoying birds

I'm pretty sure there's no cure for this but I will give it a go.
Is there any way I can stop feral birds from eating all of my chickens food/grain. Every time I look out they are in there, even inside their coop, drives me mad!

Keeping the food inside the coop is a start. Keep the coop shut as often as possible, like put the food in and immediately shut it at the end of the day.
Or you could try a scarecrow

I'll keep thinking of other ideas....what kinds of birds are you dealing with here?

Thanks for your replays, I have purchased some plastic bird netting online, I will post pics when I put it up
