a) I agree with Terrilacy... file a formal complaint
b) Do not be afraid of her she is a bully and she knows it! hence no-one else wanting to start ripples with her
c) Log everything she does to you and if able her attitude towards her work.... which is a projection of her attidude towards the company........... which is zero...........
d) leave no stone unturned.and then get back to the board for further help if you need us....

I don't do bullys, I do my best to stand up to her without sinking to her level. I had complained to our superivor who left to no avail. I am thinking that the person we report to now will be just as helpful. I will continue documenting issues and have them in case I need to defend myself at any time, until then she has been applying for other jobs (she has even been offered different jobs different places, but turns them down for some reason or another) hopefully she will move on and leave be in peace!!
