I'm at my wit's end with these chickens. This is now the 2nd time they have destroyed their water cup. Unknowingly, I fill the water reservoir and it floods the hen house and all the shavings. We live in Florida, so I want them to have water throughout the night as they are locked up at night from predators. I don't know if it's chicken fight club or just scratching due to boredom until I get out to open the doors to the run, but if I used hemp bedding, I would cry. Anyone have any ideas to keep them from being so destructive? Maybe build a box around the cups???TIA!
