How did you catch it? Did you have to do a stake out? I really REALLY don't want to sit on my porch waiting for an animal with a shot gun. I believe I have skunks dipping into my egg production as it has STOPPED and my dog has been sprayed recently. Would love to hear how you solved this problem with your predator

I never do a "stake out", unless I am hunting deer <grin>. Heck, I don't get enough sleep as it is!

The first one I caught (the other day) was in a leg-hold trap.

It still has it's head so I'm guessing that the Silkie shot it rather than using the guillotine pop door we talked about on the other thread.

The Silkie (my kids named her Fluffy) was riding shotgun on this trip. She was backing me up with a machete.
