Hi ! Just found out about this Michigan Tread, I've raised chickens for around 35 yrs, but just started raising these Welsummers. Just what I've always wanted. I'm after the very dark eggs, Right now I've just got some Whitmore farm birds. I hatched some chicks around christmas, and am about ready to set another batch. I live in Hudson, Mi.
